Girl, Worry about Yourself.
The BIG book of therapeutic strategies for resilient women ready to lead empowered lives.
(Coming November 2025)
So who is this workbook for?
My therapy practice specializes in women’s issues, and this workbook was born directly from them. Over the past decade, it has been my privilege to walk alongside incredible women, guiding them through journeys of growth and empowerment.
The ever dynamic, career-driven woman. Owners, business entrepreneurs, high-level supervisors, managers, and any woman on an intensely personal healing journey who doesn't GAF anymore. Those who are ready to command their domains in the workplace and still weave their days with wellness, boundaries, and balance. All of these chapters and exercises are a culmination of dozens of sticky notes in my house with quotes and direct therapeutic interventions I practice in my sessions and real life.
Throughout this book, you will hear personal accounts from me when I’ve experienced similar things, and how using some of these techniques have helped me and scores of other women. It's not just about climbing the ladder; it's about ensuring every step is solid, every achievement is rooted in balance and alignment with our life goals.
Together, we'll draw from both time-tested therapeutic techniques, self-assessments, reflective prompts, and skill-building exercises. We'll delve into the intricacies of our bodies, exploring how our boundaries—or the lack thereof—impact our physical well-being. Those nagging headaches, the weight on our shoulders—they're not just part of life; they're signals that we need to heed.
This workbook is a compass on your path of self-exploration and transformation when you feel you need a little something more or less than therapy. This workbook is not intended to replace traditional talk therapy, however it can be used as a companion guide for someone already engaged in therapy services with a licensed clinician, or someone not yet in therapy but ready to go deeper on their journey of self-discovery. Either way, there is something here for every woman ready to make a change in her life.
